Artan Sadiku is the Chief Executive Officer of Credins Bank Kosovo, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. Throughout his career, he has held executive positions at Bank for Business (BPB), as well as leadership roles at TEB Bank and ProCredit Bank, where he successfully led business growth, strategic transformation, and the development of innovative banking solutions.
He has extensive expertise in business development, private sector financing, strategic planning, risk management, and sustainable finance.
Prior to joining Credins Bank Kosovo, Mr. Sadiku held leadership and advisory roles in initiatives led by international development institutions, focusing on investment promotion, financial inclusion, export finance, and private sector development. In these roles, he worked closely with organizations such as USAID, EBRD, IFC, and other international financial institutions.
Mr. Sadiku holds a Doctor of Science degree in Knowledge Management from the International School for Social and Business Studies in Slovenia, a Master of Science degree in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Ljubljana, and has completed the Advanced Banking Management Program at the ProCredit Bank Academy.
